Meet Korrin Fotheringham, MS, RDN, CD
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Spokane and I work with children, adults and families that wish to restore harmony to their relationship with food. I earned a masters degree in nutrition from Bastyr University, that integrates traditional nutrition techniques with functional and holistic interventions. The base to my nutrition technique is grounded in non-diet and intuitive eating principles which I use to help you understand your own thoughts and attitudes around food to help heal your body. I work with therapists & primary care providers to create individualized treatment plans to help you reach your goals which includes resolving nutrient deficiencies and integrating joyful movement.
